It's just another night alone
Staring at the screen and sitting by the phone

It's just another chance to dream
But sleep evades me and tears begin to stream

It's just another night to pray
For a miracle to come my way

It's just another night of pain
With our song set on "Repeat" as I listen to the rain

It's just another night of hurt
Writing songs and getting angry when I just can't find the words

Another night to reminisce
To look at your picture and imagine your kiss

But it's just another night to go
One more night of longing and feeling low

So it's just another night to smile
Because knowing you're there makes everything worthwhile
