Beautiful - To be captivated with such beauty

Hey, i just wanted you guys to know why i wrote this how i did and why i used the words i did...everything in this poem actually happen, from the time she first said hey to me in the halls to the time she kissed me goodbye every bit of it, enjoy :P

Dreams of you and me walking on a beach letting our feet sink into the sand
your so perfect you make everything beautiful right where you stand
they say poetrys the way to a girls heart
well i've tried everything else, so heres a fresh start
just seeing you walking down the street with the wind blowing in your hair
darling i just can\'t help myself, i have to stare
something so lovely deserves better then this world
its hard to believe so much beauty can be captivated in just one girl
life can be so brutal, when ones love for another isn't mutual
but what creates the most pain, is the girl i love doesn't even know my name
then one day you walked past me and said "hey"
i looked at you and walked by and didn't know what to say
then the next day you did the same thing, except for a bit longer
i could feel my heart beating faster, my feelings for you were getting stronger
we sat down and talked for an hour and a few miniutes more
before we knew it, it was a quarter-to-four
we left the school and i walked her home
she kissed me good-bye then i walked home alone
i couldn't believe what just happened, a dream come true
never imagined even being able to talk to a girl like you
walking to school the day after
remembering the beautiful sound of her laughter
when i got to school i saw you and you looked so happy
you took a quick glance in my direction and waved at me
you ran over and quickly started up a conversation
asked me if i had any interest in constellations
before i knew it the next night, we were lying next to eachother watching the stars
not a worry in my mind while i was held in your arms
you looked over at me and said i had pretty eyes and that they shine blue
i responded, look closer darling its a reflection of you
