The Same

by husbandlover   Feb 11, 2006

I look up at you and all I see is a dark, beautiful place.
So exposed.
So alive yet so dead.
Your stars so sparkly that they look like scattered tears in that hollow hole of peaceful pain.
So lonely,so huge;amazing.
Knowing that deep in that hole is the biggest star of all, ends so sharp that they look like razor blades.
Then I look up at you and ask,''Why do you remind me so much of myself?''
You answer back with a twinkle of stars and I know.
We're both so dark, lonely, yet so beautifully dangerous deep in our hollow selves.
Then I realize,we're so alike.
