Without you

by Meaghan   Feb 12, 2006

Here i lay wrapped in your embrace and I have no fear.
I am safe only for a moment, for then is when reality crashes down.
I am not whole without you.
I can't conquer the world or feel no fear.
I would as I were not yours, be forever changed and vulnerable to life's fierce grip.
I would perish as a woman.
Never knowing passion and truth, or feel the gentle hand of the one I love.
Engulfing me and protecting me from the unknown ahead.
So take these moments and cut them into tiny pieces to scatter across my eternity and they shall give me solis.
