Wrath

Step into the darkness
Where sadness never ends
The world has stopped revolving
From unfriendly human hands

The trees came tumbling down
As the buildings began to grow
The flowers start to fad away
Into the howling winds they go

The concrete forest came creaking by
No greens were seen on land
Mother Nature was being defeated by
Selfish human hands

Human, the superior creatures they called
Were once again in control
However they had yet to see
The wrath of nature had behold

In forms of acid rain and global warming
The revenge of nature is merely starting
They corrode their way into the ugly world
Where humans triumph of their greeds and goals

Starting to plead as they may now
For the forgiveness from Mother Nature
But is she yet as forgiving as she may
To forgive human of their doings?

For all she wanted was for them to know
The pain that nature had to endure
And for them to have respect for
Their race, their place and their world
