The Rain

by Amber Dawn   Feb 16, 2006

The rain is my solitude
I'm so alone
With no where to go
And no where to turn

As I stand here in the rain
Thinking of everything I have done
I could of won you back
But I didn't because I couldn't

The rain is my silent tears
That I've cried inside
I miss you so much
But I know that I can never have you back

So these silent tears I've cried
Finally rains down on the world
The rain is so peaceful
And so calm

As I stand out in the rain
With tears running down my face
Because I know that I can never have you
But you're inside my heart

The rain is my solitude
And I'm so alone
With no where to go
And no where to turn

The rain is my solitude.
