A lost love

Today I found a note on my door
Why is this here what is this for

So I rip it down and peep inside
And what I read made me cry

It started off by saying I love you
And as I read it ,it said what to do

Take a walk down the block
Just beyond the big black rock

Two steps further you will see
Something that belongs to me

You probably wont know who I am
But I will tell you this, count to ten

Now follow through and take a left
A few more steps and take a breath

You see the rose in front of you
Take it and hold it don't feel blue

Cause when you see who I am
Happy,joy and guess what then

Your eyes will fill with many tears
You have not seen me in many years

So now I ask for you to sit
Here I come, you throw a fit

I came back just like a dove
