Tear Drops

by Felicia Tursi   Feb 17, 2006

Theres tear drops on my finger tips,
Why I dream of your lips.
But they're no longer in reach,
These feeling you can't teach.
He doesn't love me like he said,
With your teddy bear I lay in bed.
Thoughts of you run through my head,
And all the lies I have been fed.
Which are true and which are not,
These feelings I have fought.
But no matter what I have to see,
No longer is there a you and me.
But I need you, can't be without,
You're everything I think about.
For 5 weeks all I knew was you,
And everything I felt was for you.
But you'd rather talk to her,
As I wipe these tears with my finger.
If you too were together,
You'd do anything for her.
Anything she granted,
Anything she ever wanted.
So I'm just there because you need a girl,
So others can think you are cool?
Is that how it is, thats how it feels,
Why is there pain, why can't it be real?
And here they come again,
Another one, and then.
Tear after tear,
With all these things to fear.
And everything reminds me of you,
But for you that's not true.
I promised myself I wouldn't break down,
But no smile, just a frown.
