Did I Slice?

I look into the distance
and I dont see you
But for this instance
I think of me too
The sun is setting
Its getting dark
And everyones better
That I made a mark
I look through the snowy trees
And try to imagine life that
consists of jus you and me
I know you dont like me
But I didnt really have a chance
It happend so suddenly
Like a really fast dance
Its getting darker
I see the knife
Its getting closer
But did I slice?
