When I Think of You.

by Laura Cameron   Feb 20, 2006

"If I could reach up and hold a star for every time you've made me smile,
the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand."
-Unknown

When I think of you,
my heart begins to beat faster and faster,
until its rhythmic beat is as silent,
as a humming birds flapping wings.

When I think of you,
my mind wanders off into a land of imagination,
where are two souls meet,
and are forever entranced,
by each others inner beauty.

When I think of you,
I think of only you, and of nothing else,
I think of your beauty, mind, and heart,
and of all your faults which intrigue me so.

When I think of you,
I think of the wondrous times we have shared,
and the times which are to come,
I think of the everlasting memory's,
and the impressions which coincide with them.

When I think of you,
I wonder if you are thinking of me,
or if when you hear my name,
does your heart skip a beat,
I wonder do you feel the same,

If so, then when I think of you
I will know my loving thoughts to be fulfilled,
and then when I think of you,
I will know you are thinking of me too.
