An eight year old boy with a big dream
he wishes he could be everything
he practiced and practiced with a good friend
at that time he didn't know that later their friendship would end
later on in life because of one big mistake
now they are fighting each other, its a risk they have to take
but the eight year old boy is now fifteen in a half and in love with a girl
and he tells her that she is his whole entire world
and that he promises he will come home
to her after the weekend, he just wont leave her alone
and he thinks in his head that
sooner or later he will get down on one knee
say i love u to that girl, and will you marry me
but until then he'll have to fight
fight for his life, for her, and fight for what is right
so he leaves her with fear and lets her worry
that he wont come home and that the last time she'll see him is at his funeral with him being buried
but he wont let this take his life
he knows in his head he will dodge the knife
so he can live on with his soon to be wife
and be happy forever, knowing they are still together
thinking in his head, when this is all over
he'll pop the question to that girl because he wants her to always be in his world
so he leaves that little town, with a smile on his face
knowing what he has to do, to stay in this place
so he leaves with his brother
thinking of another
reason to come back
then he thinks
i have something at home
that he will not lack
so i will fight to the end
and go home to my girlfriend
call her and tell her i am home and OK
and that ill see her the next day
he'll say i love you but i have to go
she'll say did anything really bad happen
he'll say no
later on they are still together
thinking of that day
wishing life was better
but they don't want to change it
in an awkward way
six years later they are still happily together
so on her 20th birthday
he'll get on one knee
and do what he knows, is meant to be
