A week or two went by and they were anxious
to once again be wrapped in each others arms
days went by and their love just grew stronger to never end
a love that sooner or later will be the latest fashion trend
all the people would envy and wish that some day
they could reach the love they shared for one another and for it to stay
Saturday was around the corner as she told her mother about him
and how they loved each other so much that never it could be considered a sin
her mother accepted and decided to invite him over that Saturday night
she was trilled to hear that from her mother that late Friday night
the day came and within ours they'd be together
hoping that that moment will never end and last forever
she was getting worried, for it was 7 and he yet wasn't there
she sat by the window every minute or so just to take a glare
she really hope that he'd get there soon but it just didn't seem to happen
the clock was ticking almost to the 8, she worried even more until she saw a car pull into her driveway
a man and a lady step out of the car, and few seconds later
her lover man was up and about
he smiled in enthusiasm as he walked toward where she was
when he reached her he gave her a big hug and kiss on the cheek
he brought a good movie hoping her mom wouldn't like it
but she did, and they only got one chance to kiss
they held hands throughout the whole movie until the end
when a knock on the door arose them from their feet and it was time to go
they wished they could stay together a bit longer
but it was far too late, and it was time to go their ways
until the next time their souls met
