Steal Me Away

by Phoebe   Mar 2, 2006

I don't want to wait for you anymore,
I don't want to lay on my own at night,
I don't want to stand my fights alone,
And I want to be able to see the light.

I need to be able to feel your touch,
The moonlight kisses on our fingertips,
The sunshine beaming down on our faces,
As we stare at the birds flying by.

I want to feel you as you hold me tight,
Embraced by the beauty of the moonlit night,
The pain we feel will no longer fight,
And your eyes can help me to see the light.

I need to be with you all of the time,
The voice you were blessed with singing,
Out loud to the melody of the morning chorus,
As we lay together, your hands in mine.

I don't want to be alone anymore,
I don't want to feel all this pain,
I don't want to miss you at nights anymore,
And I want to be able to breathe again.

So I'll tell you a secret, a desire, a wish,
Steal me away, and our pain will perish.

    Good job, I absolutely loved the last two stanza's;
"I don't want to be alone anymore,
I don't want to feel all this pain,
I don't want to miss you at nights anymore,
And I want to be able to breathe again.

So I'll tell you a secret, a desire, a wish,
Steal me away, and our pain will perish."

    Very good, :D
