Love must be one of those things
you can't learn, you have to live!
Because if I didn't know you I couldn't be saying,

it's about drying the dropped tears.

it's about it ending being what you fear!

Love is not about thinking the other one is perfect,
it's about knowing he's not!
It's not about things you expect,
it's about taking what he's got!

Love is not about understanding,
it's about accepting even when you don't!
It's not about what you're spending,
it's about what can't be bought!

Love is not about you,
it's about putting him first!
It's not about weakness too,
it's about fighting for him even if you're a pacifist!

Love is not about counting the tears you dropped for him,
it's about being ready to drop thousands more!
It's not about keeping fears within,
it's about knowing he'll reassure you for sure!

Love is not about holding grudges,
it's about your ability to forgive!
It's not about being impartial judges,
it's about bending the rules just for him!

Love is not about being with the person you can live with,
it's about being with the one you can't live without!

Love is about making one person your everything,
and knowing he's up for the job!!!!!!
