It's a pretty good poem but you keep repeating that you love someone else, twice in fact in the first stanza alone, I would sugget maybe just limititing it a bit to reenforce the idea but have it not play off as a tad bit too much.

I thought it was cute, and sad at the same time, and the flow was rather good, but as Kaylee said you did repeat alot. But other then that it was good.
