When I am with you

I feel like nothing can take the smile off my face

I forget everything else around me for that short time

And I just wish that short time could become forever

Because no matter what has happened

Somehow someway you have made it better.

You can make me smile without saying a single word

All you have to do is look at me

Or just simply smile

You are the one person that I want to see when I am down

The only person I know will not fail to cheer me up

I don't know if I make you feel the same way

Hopefully I do

So I can give you that little bit in return

That hope to have something to cheer you up when you are down

That feeling that you know someone out there wants to see you.

The feeling that someone loves you, somewhere

And that short time I am with you I feel like everything is right

But oh God how I wish

that short time could be forever.
