I've never been in a situation stemming around these exact circumstances.... but i belive that the feelings you portray can be compared to many other things to, and this specific occassion could be related to a promise unkept by a parent or a friend.. i know many of my freinds have said they would do something and then they would completly forget that they ever promised that.... the same goes with my parents.... it's so hurtfull when you know that you arent important enough to be remebered and to have someone go out of there way to make sure that they keep thier promises, esp your boyfriend, because if i had someone like you i would want to make sure that you knew that you where special enough to me for me to remember what i told you i would do.... but that's just me....
anyways i really felt where you were coming from...and i want you to know that you have other people out there that appreciate you enough to keep there word....
