Angels lost

For every heart
an angel lives
for every heart broken
that angel gives

when he left for good
her heart was torn
what the angel gave
made her feel reborn

she saw him again
with another to love
the angel felt her pain
as she watched from above

not knowing what to do
configuring the cost
an angels soul was given
now her angel is lost

shes now on her own
with no one beside
she did only one thing
she laid there and cried

there is no more
she has given in
she will take her own life
to be born again

to find a new love
with her new angel
to treat with care
and live her life well
