Ya know normally when I would read poems like these I'd say "Cheer up its your B-day!" , but I have had the feeling before and even if someone says that it doesn't help....but I'll say it anyway! "Cheer up!" Just for your special day put things aside and smile girl! Your nineteen! WHoo Hoo..then at midnight I will allow you to be sad again until this person your talking about comes back!

God, I felt the same way on my birthday, which was a month ago (fifth of march) I was turnin 19 aswell.

I felt the exact same way! And I tried to write a poem about it, but I guess I failed.

So I feel relieved now to read your poem. And I'm glad you did manage to write how a horrible birthday can feel like.
