You Chose To See

by Brooke Mason   Apr 6, 2006

I hear your whispers in my ear
your skin against my skin
My heart burns with fiery desire
it comes from my soul within
Your eyes sparkle like rain drops
speckling a newly bloomed rose
Everytime you hold me, my heart skips
The kisses we share, my eyes closed...

Our hearts racing together as one
Our lives entwining in the web of love
Devoting ourselves to each other
to share our lives, forever and ever
This is my hope for the life ahead
wrapped in each other's arms in my bed
Staring into each other's eyes
with a flaming desire that never dies

The dearest thing to my soul and heart
even when we're a minute apart
I miss you dearly, very dearly
I'd very much so miss you, really!
Of course, what I'm about to say is true
I'd miss you even if I'd never met you
For I love you, with everything in me
because of all the women...
'twas I you chose to see
