Reliving the heartache

by Sorefromreality   Apr 8, 2006

Hands shaking, head spinning
ground quaking, ears ringing

around you i look away
if i let myself stare I'll never quit
i feel like no matter how hard i try
I'm being torn, bit by bit

no tears, suck it up
if i begin to cry it shows I'm still in love
i can't take this heartbreak anymore
i have had enough

you touch me and i melt
you aren't suppose to like me
we should stay silent
b/c together we can't be

if you love her
why do i catch your eye
hide it all you want
but remaining feelings can't be denied

you miss my voice
and my kiss
but u made your choice
and me u just don't miss

i am a piece of your past
u were gone in a flash
now into her arms
where she can do no wrong

you touch me when i least expect
and hug me when I'm crying
what you don't know is that
your the reason I'm crying

stop pestering me for answers
and asking for a conversation
i won't speak to anyone
and i owe you no explanation

so think next time you talk
and the next time you start to hold me
you lead me on, beyond belief
you just can't seem to see

Just like you i write to vent emotion...this is an excellent poem, it really is. Just next time, try to replace ur with your, etc etc. its a shame to see such a wonderful poem demeaned by spelling...
