I Lost You

In this life we have to make decisions,
Time's we have to pick and choose,
Even when we think we chose right,
Eventually we seem to loose.
When I picked someone and my love for another seemed like a waste,
I didn't think that she liked me too, through all my haste,
Finally, when I'm taken, I realize that soon she'll be gone and can not be replaced,
I think to myself,"What can I do,
To show that I really do care?
How do I say she's one in a million,
That a girl like her is super rare?"
Then it comes to me, no matter what I do,
Even if I wrote a book, a song,and a poem or two,
I missed my chance, and it seems I've already lost you....
