The words that struck their heart

You said goodbye,
as though it were farewell,
with the moon shining on us,
each with stress and fuss.

You yelled at me " I cant take it anymore, your never near me anymore, why aren't you anymore?".
all these fights, all these yells bringing me to the floor.
I couldn't take it either,
i started to talk.

" I love you like the sun in the day,
I love you like the rain comes with clouds of Grey,
I love you as we held these hands,
and i love you like grass on these lands".

These words struck his heart,
giving him a smile, no more than a beautiful piece of art.
And he spoke:

" But i love you, because of your voice that is soft,
I love you because your face is more beautiful than the sun and moon combined,
and i love you because of your whole self that flies better and swifter than the wind".

She couldn't help but cry,
she was held in his arms with no reply.
Here they stood,
held each other as long as they could.

She gave him a sweet little kiss,
this sweet kiss he did miss.
They said Sorry to one another,
and went home in each others hands.
