Love

Sitting here on my bed,
thinking of the times we had,
all the thoughts just race though my brain,
these feelings of you i just can\\\'t explain.

I remember all of the times we had,
all the good and all of the bad,
some of the thoughts made me happy,
yet some made me sad.

Knowing i will never see you again,
I grab the paper and lift the pen,
i start to write the letter to let you all know,
that its time for me to go.

On the paper i will write,
on how i gave up on this emotional fight,
place 5 yellow roses on my grave,
and tell daddy to be brave.

On my headstone write "died for
love",
and carve above it a beautiful white dove.

Remember i even though I'm gone,
my spirit will forever live on.
