Is "love" always like this?

Days go by and still i have these feelings for you
sometimes i wonder, will you ever have these feelings too.
i continually ask myself if things would be different if you would have just been honest from the start
i wonder, would i have this broken heart
do you see the tears you made me cry
how long will it take for these feelings to pass by
i love you, yes that is for sure
& i hate knowing that you love her
i know things between us are still pretty strange
i just hope someday this will all change.
