Hope

by kristen   Apr 16, 2006

Here lies a heart,
Swollen with weariful woes.
Compassion remaining concealed,
The frantic, ready to implode.

A soul may be shattered,
To the tiniest piece.
A spirit collapsed,
Contentment will decrease.

Clotted is a mind,
Of abashment and sorrow.
Her senses fogged and blind,
Commenced a dark growing shadow.

A life of distress continues,
Awaiting its goodbye.
Hot blood runs before you,
Melting away inside.

Although a heart is too heavy,
Or a spirit far too low,
A thought smeared and murky,
Or a presence so hollow,
Much is misunderstood,
There is courage deep inside.
Bravely wait for the good,
Notice not all has died.
Feel that flower bloom within,
Let warmth finally be true.
There’s hope, never give in,
I believe in you.
