What happened between us
was a surprise to me.
i didn't see it coming
but remember you started 'this' ,it wasn't me.
don't say your confused or not sure
coz you're leaving me behind
with an open door
to my heart, my soul
and all that i am.
i know I'm not in love with you
but my feelings are strong
coz i think i know better than to give someone like you my heart.
don't make me feel guilty
because you were there too
we lay there together
you wanted it too.
maybe this is sudden, but I'm willing to try.
