Revenge

by gothic angel   Apr 24, 2006

She waits,
waits for the perfect moment,
to make her move
she moves silent and carefully,
for she doesn't want to be heard

he turns just for a second
but quickly turns back to his work,
nothing enters his mind
about what will happen next
or about the pain he will endure

all she can think about is sweet revenge
make him pay for the hatered
and the feelings of unwantedness
he gave her for months on end

the perfect moment was getting closer
she wanted this so bad
why then was she having second thoughts
then she thought of all the pain he brought her

she knew what she had to do
she had to make him pay
for the things he did and said
she drew closer and closer
until she was in plain sight of him

"how can i do this?" she thought
if i kill him i will have more pain then ever
she pulled out the gun and pulled the trigger
he turns around and stands there in total shock

there was the girl that loved him
lying in a puddle of blood
her limp fingers holding the gun
her last thought was,
"now he will have to live with the fact that he killed me"
