Deep in the beat

Deep in the beat
and the truth of the dark.
Lies the threads of my soul
and the sheet of my heart.

Away from the rest
past all of my fears
Close to me now
sits all of my tears.

With sweet forgiving sorrow
and simple regret.
With all of my love
lives your promising threat.
