Broken princess

by broken princess   Apr 28, 2006

Striding off into the sunset is the perfect fairy tale, the princess is found and swept off her feet by the handsome prince. So why does mine leave me here to cry as I mop these dirty floors again. He has me so high on a cloud but yet when he looks me in the eyes I see this princeâ??s love has grown cold. I grab his hand hoping for one last chance, but I see my hand is slipping and now Iâ??m letting go. Instead of riding off together we are going our separate ways never to be seen again. We tried, we did love just isnâ??t for me. This is how witches were made, being left by the prince they grow hateful, evil and all beauty they ever carried leaves. Their hearts die and only pain remains, the thought of any princess kills them inside and revenge sinks in. They sit alone and conjure up spells. The day it comes to show, a new for this princess, as hate fills her body her prince comes back and rescues her one last time. She now is too strong, she can stand alone. Pushing the prince down, stepping on his heart crushing it just as he did hers she laughs and cries. Walking away in the night, she doesnâ??t turn around instead just keeps on going, the prince turns his head to watch as a true beauty escapes his grip. This princess was just strong enough to leave and be alone. Strong and beautiful she moves on.
