I miss you my lover

by Ashelin   May 2, 2006

Can you hear it?
The sound of a missing lover
It's the sound of empty air
For the sound is gone, when you aren't here

Can you feel it?
Skin so soft, which has gone
Touching everything thats not there
Without you what's there to touch

Can you sense it?
A deep connection of hearts lost
The missing pleasure that was once here
Where have you gone, which sets hearts adrift?

Without you here with me
I can not hear what was once there
I can not feel what should always be felt
Without you, I can't sense hearts lost

I miss you my lover
