You'll never know

by Brittany   May 2, 2006

You live your life, you do your part,
You still don't have a clue.
All your life you never realized,
That I was in love with you.
After everything we've been through
I doubt you know my name.
I can't emphise how tired I am,
Of playing this long game.
I love it when you're angry.
I love it when you smile.
I'd love it if you'd look at me,
And make it last a while.
By heart beats ever faster,
Everytime you're near.
I want to fall into your arms
And forget all of my fear.
I wish that you would talk to me,
Or that I could talk to you.
Because this silence is too painful,
And it's hard to make it through.
I want so much to hold you,
To gaze into your eyes.
I want us to be more than a dream,
More than a fantasy's lies.
If I could find the words to tell you,
Everything kept in my heart.
Would you ignore me completely,
Or could it be a new start?
But you can't ever see me,
Even though i'm always there.
You don't even try to notice,
You don't even try to care.
I can't pretend I don't love you.
I can't say this is done.
I'm sorry that I can't tell you.
I'm sorry you're the one.
