I hate you and the way you yell and scream
You never understand me & never will it seems
I hate you when you say I lie
I hate you for the tears I cry

Everything I do for you is never quite good enough
And you scream at me for stupid, worthless stuff
You expect me to change my life around
with a snap of a finger, without a protest or sound

I don't understand what you expect of me
I'm doing my best but why can't you see?
You hurt me, not help me and I hate you for that
