To Keep You

by Kyleene   May 8, 2006

I'll walk a thousand miles,
Swim through an ocean,
Look in every cave,
And climb the tallest mountain,
If that's what it takes to keep you

I'll save a baby kitten,
Build a gigantic mansion,
Cry a billion tears,
And wait a million years,
If that's what it takes to keep you

I'll grow a beautiful garden,
Fly to the blazing sun,
Drove to every city,
And learn to cook a feast,
If that's what it takes to keep you

I'll sit down and plead,
Or even bleed,
Sing a two hour song,
And become a movie star,
If that's what it takes to keep you

But I would rather love you with all of my energy,
Show how much I care,
Be there when times get hard,
And even get married,
Because that is what I think it will take to keep you
