Our hearts mended together,
Forever I thought our love would grow,
Time changes our feelings,
No longer dependent on one another,
Our search for love changes.

Why couldn\'t I see how we were changing?
Bypassing all the warning signs,
Proving my heart did change,
Now I love another,
You\'ve became just another friend.

Our promises of always being there,
Have slowly disintegrated,
As our love evaporates,
Into the freezing nights sky,
As everyone is now aware we are no longer.

Our feelings have drifted,
No ones aware of the tears left unshed,
Our bodies cross paths,
As we say our good-byes,
No longer lovers,
But two complete strangers,
Longing for some answers.
