Missing on the outside

by jessica greer   May 15, 2006

Iâ??m missing you,
missing your touch,
Missing the ways that you make me feel inside,
The ways you say my name,
And even though I hear it every night,
I want you by my side,
But baby,
Thereâ??s still something missing on the outside,
Is it you missing from my side,
The way you look at me with eyes so blue,
The way you say my name in that special way you do,
That piece of you missing from my life
Is you missing on the outside,
Iâ??ve never talked to someone for this little amount of time,
Cause when I talk to you itâ??s like your reading my mind,
I want you here beside me every single day,
I want you to stay here and not ever go away.
Oh baby I miss you so much,
I miss your touch,
I miss the ways that you love me so much,
I canâ??t wait to see you,
To feel your lips against mine,
But for right now,
Even though we talk every night,
Thereâ??s still something missing on the outside.
