How Can You Leave It All Behind?

We used to be together. But then we fell apart. You said you loved me, but you crushed my heart. I dont know why you did this to me. What it is that you cant see? When I said I loved you, I meant forever. But you obviously meant never! I love you to this day and my feelings are still the same. Just tell me how love can be so blind. And how you can just leave it all behind!
