My dreams

At night i don't sleep i don't have a desire to, but knowing you'll be there allows me to lay down without worries. it sends me a drift. I'm here, the lights shine and i see your angelic face i put your hand in mine and we walk down the chosen pathway. i look into your eyes and i know that this is ment to be. we lean into each other we just hold each other close,safe. not letting go, i feel your heart beat it exceeds its pace i close my eyes, still feeling you near you come closer into me i reach for your lips they get closer to each other. before they touch, i barely open my eyes. i desire to see my love. our lips touch softly against one another. they separate and we smile gently. i turn and begin to walk away. our faces glowing with love. my hand slowly slips out of yours. the lights slowly go out. here i lay, tears fill my eyes they run down my cheek. because i am hopeless, helpless. I'm with out you.
