Sitting ... Wondering

Im lying here
staring up into the clouds
as a tear runs from my eye
im dazing here
under the clouds
wondering why im wanting to cry

i lie here everyday
how i love being on my own
'cause then i can think about you
and never have the feeling of being alone

but im still wondering why
these tears are falling down
is it something that comes naturally
because im wanting to smile, not frown

i wonder about the memories
and the happiness they always bring
the poems ive written just for you
the love songs i always (try) to sing

i look at myself in the river
and i see this clear reflexion
this girl whos looking back
she'll never feel rejection

As i wonder about these tears
I know theyre because im on cloud nine
Im totally and utterly in love
with a guy whose gorgeously devine!

All this has made me know
That i'll love you til the day i die
This will forever be true
'cause i know you're my one and only guy!!
