Tears fall

Tears fall when you tell me you love me,
tears fall when you shed a tear in front of me,
tears fall when i listen to a song you dedicated to me,
tears fall when you do somthing special for me,
tears fall when you sing our favorite song to me,
but the biggest tears fall when you make me feel how much you love me
