Angels

by FlowerThatDied   Jun 2, 2006

Angels whispered softly,
As the wind ran through her hair,
Angels touched her heart,
As she wished she wasn't there,
Angels pulled her up,
When she was very weak,
Angels told her not to cry,
When she had no energy to speak,
Angels saved her slowly,
From the world that battered her,
Angels ensured she was safe,
As her eyes began to blur,
Angels took her up to heaven,
That cold and misty night,
Angels told her she was an angel,
As she slowly saw the light.
