Take Me

by Dionne Jones   Jun 5, 2006

Your going to have to take me,
Before it's way too late,
Your making an error of judgment,
and sealing your own cruel fate.

If you choose not to be together,
You will later regret your mistake,
Can't you see I've been sent to you,
I'm here for you just to take.

I may not be around much longer,
Someone else might take me away,
And although I may not want him,
For now, his game I'll play.

I can't stay on my own forever,
I'm not the type to be on her own,
And although no-one will compare to you,
I'll make a false and happy home.

The rest of my life will be a lie,
If I'm not sharing it with you,
For I'll never give my heart away,
Only with you will it remain true.
