Give You My Heart

by Kyleene   Jun 8, 2006

I'm for real
And I don't like playing games
I'll give you my heart
Only if you promise not to shatter it
What I need is a real man
Not a player to mess with my mind
My heart is finally beginning to mend
I'm scared and jumpy when it comes to love
I want someone mature and in control of his life
Not someone who is only with me to experience love and then dump me
I'll give you my heart
If you promise to be kind and thoughtful
And actually care about me and listen to my opinions
I might as well tell you the truth:
I have problems trusting others
But along with my heart comes the promise to try and trust you
This is the real deal,
Not some fake hoax
And I hope that if you accept me and everything else that comes along,
That you will cherish the whole entire package and not just my body or beauty
If so,
I'll give you my heart
