Girl

by Lian Browne   Jun 11, 2006

He Plays with her heart, he plays with her mind
But in reality, she doesn't see she's just so blind
He tells her he loves her, he tells her all lies
All she does is think of him and stays home to cry.

She has no one to talk to, no one who cares
But then again he tells her he's there
She believes him and calls him up one night
But the way his voice sounded was just so uptight

Three days later still no sound from her love,
She wanted to know if she was the one he was thinking of
So she goes to his house to see if hes home
To see that he wasn't alone

Long blond hair and eyes so blue,
She couldn't believe if this was true
She didn't know what to say or do
All she could do was watch and remember what she used to value.

She couldn't take it anymore,
so she walked up to his front door
To fall to her knees and question why
Why so soon to say goodbye

He looked at her and told her to leave
To let him go and leave him be
She turns around to whisper farewell
She cant take it no more she cant let go

Its hard to let go of the one you love
When hes all your thinking of
So she Cry's herself to sleep
and hes all shes dreaming of.
