Caged love

by Yesenia   Jun 11, 2006

She feels like a bird

Her life is like a cage

At first he made her feel at home

There was no need to see the outside world

His promises gave her the comfort she needed

Her love blinded her

The cage was suffocating her

It was dulling her lovely colors

It was silencing her joyous song

The cage was killinging her

Darkness covered her like an never ending night

Then out came the sun like opening presents on christmas morning- beautiful and long awaited

Her colors like the rainbow again brillant

Her voice soft and angelic

she was free again

She could fly
