I know people say they can relate to poems but in all honestly I can as I was hurt bad and the one person I want to let in my heart I don't want to hurt or be hurt by.My only suggestion is maybe take out the word this (the second one) in your first stanza

I notice alott of your poems are all written in the same stanza form, try to mix it up....forming odd sentences would really make the person focas more on specific details. great poem tho!!!!
