Songs of Nature

by Mousie   Jun 13, 2006

Birds are chirping
Like the light of a new soul,
And the breeze whops by
Like the reality of a goal.

The wish-wash of water
Like a salty ocean's tide,
The softened sound of nature
Is what I hear outside.

The soft scrath of squirrels
Matches the pitter-patter rain,
These sounds all make music
In the deepness of my brain.

Again another one from the english project that i just loved! enjoy

Short, sweet, paints the picture of nature as few tend to see it. I think, again, if you would have gone mor eemotional and write how you would feel in that situation of exactly how the rain sounds or even feels and so on would have made it more of an emotional read.
