Fate

by Rico Marmus   Jun 13, 2006

Looking, searching, desperately for her,
As this poisonous drink brings his night to a blur.

Day after day... will this broken heart ever mend,
For he has made the wrong decision over and over again.

A love that one would say "it doesn't exist",
As he listens with clenched fist.

Giving up on what mattered to him the most,
Not knowing that something so beautiful drew so close.

Typing to a new friend as it appeared,
Suddenly something strange had been revealed.

Could this be love at first sight,
Cautiously his heart began to have fright.

Only knowing this angel for a short time,
Opened his eyes and realized everything would be fine.

Having found someone so special in a strange place,
Only means that this is fate.

Por ti mi amor,
Federico.
