The real pain

by The Undoing   Jun 16, 2006

I loved you so truly
And I mean this so much
I gave you everything
Just for your touch
When time interferes
It ruins us all
It tore us apart
And I was left to fall
I lay here in the darkness
Afraid and alone
Your absence leaves me cold
Frozen to the bone
If I wait here forever
And you never show
Then bones will break
And blood will flow
For without I’m nothing
And since you are gone
I return to alone
When will this pain be done

Like I said, if you sit there living your past over in your head and wishing you could go back, the pain will never end. 5/5
