My Love

by Lisi Browning   Jun 17, 2006

I want to hold you,
Want to feel you,
Want to hear you breathe against my skin.
I want to touch you,
Want to kiss you,
I want your skin touching mine.
All I want is to hear your name
And to feel your arms around me
Baby I'm in love with you
And with you all my wishes come true.

I want to see your face
Smiling at me
As the sunshine
Comes pouring in,
And I want to kiss you passionately
When nightfall comes
and darkness invades.
I want the moonlight shining
And the rain to come pouring in
And to hear the windows beating,
But not worry about it.
I want to only be kissing you.
I want my heart to howl like a wolf
On a full mooned night,
And to sing like a lark in the morning

I want to be like Juliet
With my star-crossed lover,
But I want to hold you
Forevermore.
I cant say I just like you anymore,
You mean all the world to me,
And to lose you would be sudden death
Because I would die
And it would shatter my dreams.
It would be like a broken mirror
That once was whole;
Reflecting beautifully
And then was robbed of its role.

You are my world,
My heart,
My soul,
My very reason for being,
And I cant lose you
Because then Ill be a silly girl that just keeps on dreaming.
Only.
Dead.
